Let’s head for a southern island,
singing by the sea and in the mountains.

We, cloaked in shade, wounded both,
remain the boy and girl from that day,
looking up at the wind in the sunset glow.

As I walked through the light,
the summer fairy was there by the spring—
wings closed, trembling,
mouth closed, eyes closed.

Sea breeze touches us, hair loosened.
Southern light blooms in the chest.
By the fire, shoulders gently touch,
and we weave words into the depth of night.

Near the spring, faint traces remain—
the sound of wings.
With your hands, you touched something…
and inside your chest, the wind trembled.

Your back dissolved
into the light.
The wind remained
in my heart—
even now.


[Explanation]


“The Summer Fairy” is a lyrical fantasy about reunion, healing, and the lingering memory of a shared past. The “fairy” may be a spirit of nature—or a projection of a past version of “you” that still lives in the heart.

🌿 Walking through “green” and “light”
The fairy appears not in reality but through imagination, memory, and emotion. She’s part of the wind, the stars, and the journey itself—an unseen guide toward warmth and rediscovery.

🏝 The Southern Island as Healing
The song suggests that the two travelers, wounded but still childlike at heart, can heal by singing and wandering together. They are attempting to rewrite their shared story through song and presence.

🌌 The Trembling Fairy and Melting Light
