Burning for You

The original version of "Atlas" always gave me a slight pain in my neck when I listened to it. I was never quite lucky with the generated drums, and the song also had a somewhat slushy note.
So I asked K2 and the Three (https://soundcloud.com/k2andthe3) if he would like to play drums and refurbish the song. Luckily he did and how... and now I feel very released about this rerelease... :)

Atlas (wt K2 and the Three)

I strained my wrist playing guitar while practicing a new piece I hope to post in a month or two, so in the meantime I decided to freshen up a short piece I had on SC from a few years ago. It’s a simple melody, a musical meditation, towards peace; the dove of peace carries this message, through many cultures and religions. Peace is needed now, more than ever. Hope you may spend 2 minutes with me to meditate.
PS. Wasn't able to master this with clarity, so headphones/earphones best.

Stari Most (Old Bridge) is the name of the legendary 16th century bridge in Mostar (Bosnia and Herzegovina) which was bombed and destroyed during the Yugoslav Wars but later rebuilt thanks to people of peace and good will.
