Industrial noise is the amount of acoustic energy received by an employee's auditory system when they are working in the industry.

Industrial noise, or occupational noise, is often a term used in occupational safety and health, as sustained exposure can cause permanent hearing damage.

The Center for Disease Control (CDC) estimates that 22 million workers are exposed to potentially damaging noise at work each year.

Recently, our institute received recordings by Ales Gryb, a talented but little-known electronic musician. These recordings were handed over to us by his relatives. They were created between 1991 and 1993 in the city of Luninets. During the day, Ales worked as a history teacher at a local secondary school, but beyond the school walls, he was a dreamer and a unique electronic enthusiast.
He also actively corresponded with ethno-futurists from Tartu (Estonia) and aimed to reflect ethno-futuristic ideas in his music. The presented recording, one of the five we received, is part of his extensive body of work dedicated to the swamps of Belarus and their impact on the human psyche and life.
Unfortunately, Ales disappeared in 2001. He went to the swamp to gather cranberries and never returned. As his students later recounted, the swamp gave him inspiration, but it also claimed him.

A glowing matrix of synthetic tissue, silicon tendrils, and amber glands pulsing in fractured time.

This is a 孵化場 (fùhuàchǎng — a hatching chamber).
A nest where toneforms twist and awaken — entangled in layers of rhythm, memory, and error.

Beneath the structure:
	•	音魂 (yīn hún — “sound-soul”)
	•	ノイズの神経 (noizu no shinkei — “neural noise”)
	•	จังหวะปรสิต (jang-wá bprà-sìt — “parasitic pulse”)

Seven forms slither in sequence — each one a neuro-organism in audio:
	1.	Anima Circuita – a flicker of selfhood through copper veins
	2.	Shards of Self – broken reflection, echoed in glitches
	3.	Glissform – fluidity of structure, form without rest
	4.	Axiom Bloom – the flowering of internal code
	5.	Somnivore – the eater of dreams, speaking in static
	6.	Fractal Fauna – writhing life forms in rhythmic recursion
	7.	Neuroparasite – the sacred collapse of control

Every moment is 共振 (gòngzhèn — resonance).
Every breakdown is 祝祭 (shukusai — a feast).
Every form is alive.
