Expressive, imaginative and reflective, Beatrix Becker weaves her own deeply moving sound, as a bridge-builder, between classical, jazz and world music. 

Beatrix Becker and fellow musicians, Rebecca Carrington and Nikos Tsiachris, create a sound aesthetic that can only be discovered in the metropolis of Berlin.

Jeder Bruch, jede Narbe ist eine Erfahrung, die Gold wert sein kann, wenn man sich traut, sie nicht zu verstecken, sondern auszudrücken. Das Berliner Duo Becker | Doppscher geht bewusst diesen Weg: Inspiriert von der japanischen KINTSUGI-Kunst, bei der Zerbrochenes mit Gold repariert wird, erschaffen sie dialogisch verwobene Kammermusik aus Klezmer, Tango und Jazzelementen. Eine berührende Erinnerung an den Wert von Vielfalt und die Einheit, die in der Verbindung scheinbarer Gegensätze zu finden ist.
 
Broken & beautiful 
Every rupture, every scar is an experience that can be worth its weight in gold – if one is brave enough not to hide but to express it. Becker | Doppscher have chosen this path with dedication: Inspired by Japanese KINTSUGI artists who use gold to mend broken pieces, the Berlin based duo creates chamber music from intertwined elements of klezmer, tango and jazz. A timely reminder to appreciate diversity and discover unity in seeming opposites.

Bridges of Music – die berliner Musikerin Beatrix Becker setzt auf weltweites Miteinander 

Beatrix hat in Corona-Zeiten Musiker und Musikerinnen aus der ganzen Welt eingeladen, gemeinsam kreativ zu werden, um "eine musikalische Brücke von Wohnzimmer zu Wohnzimmer zu bauen".

Beatrix Projekt "Bridges of Music" existiert aber schon seit 2015. 
Die Idee: Verständigung durch Musik. Sie verbindet unterschiedliche Stilistiken wie Klezmer und Tango, Jazz und Filmmusik und macht Begegnungen mit Musikern wie Giora Feidman oder Noah Hoffeld möglich...
