The pace of change has never been faster and with it comes a responsibility on our profession to look at digitalisation holistically within our organisations and how we design work. 

In this episode we're presenting some highlights from our 2023 annual Wellbeing seminar and part two from our Digital Transformation and Talent session with Kerry Group.

From the Wellbeing seminar, Dr. Caroline Murphy of University of Limerick, who is conducting research on digitalisation and the impact that has on job design on behalf of CIPD, shares insights into how job design and management practices can have a positive impact on wellbeing. CIPD researcher, Jake Young speaks about some key learnings from the Good Work Index and the impact digital work has on wellbeing research.

Digital innovation has continued to move at an unprecedented pace, and few would argue the evolution of artificial intelligence (AI) has shifted the model for organisations, and equally, if not more so, in the realm of L&D. 2023 research from the CIPD revealed that just 5% of respondents currently use AI to support L&D, with a modest 6% additionally planning to use AI into 2024.
