His 2023 track, "Shook Pt. 3," became a defining moment in Nick's career, receiving widespread international acclaim and support from both underground tastemakers and mainstream audiences alike. Beyond this, Nick’s work is consistently supported by some of the most influential figures in the scene, including Rampa, Seth Troxler, Damian Lazarus, Bedouin and Guy Gerber who recognize his talent not only as a producer, but as a true artist with a clear and compelling voice. Based in his local media agency environment, he is fascinated by topics such as digital advertising & storytelling. He is also known among his friends as a long-time cryptocurrency advocate, as the values that go along with it match his.

Very early on he was drawn to certain music scenes whereby his journey through hip hop, metal & core oriented direction to deep dubstep & drum & bass finally led him to technoid progressive house vibes. What influences will affect him in the coming years remains to be seen. 
As long as it sends the dancefloor to new spheres & creates never before experienced moments, he has no problem aligning himself across genres. The common denominator for him remains the groove & the feeling

microcastle is an electronic music imprint from the north, Canada. Releasing on vinyl, cassette and digital, the label is an outlet for borderless creation. The selective nature of the platform allows each artist to operate freely, where stylistic blueprints and conventional dance floor dynamics are lifted.
