Hey everyone! I know it's been some time since I released any music. While "Vulnerable" is still available on iTunes, Pandora, Spotify...all of that... not long ago, a DJ in Sweden reached out to me on Instagram because he remixed my song. AND... I LOVE IT. Vulnerable (remix)

There are lessons in life that we are set to learn. Sometimes we repeat them over and over until we get it. Im still learning like everyone else. In love, that's proven true for me. There were times, I would just give and forgive, on repeat.. even when that proved to be of no true value to someone I cared about. At times, I wondered, "How do I keep getting back here? "How am I dealing with the same type of person?" The best question to myself was, "Why are you dealing with this Emily?" One day, I just made a better decision and that was forgiving ME and choosing ME. So, thinking back on all that I went through, alot of emotional abuse in two particular relationships, I picked up my phone while sitting at home and recorded a voice memo. Nothing was written down, but in my soul I just had a song that I freestyled. Over time, I was like, I HAVE TO RECORD THIS even if its just for me. But, because I know we all have a story, Im choosing to share this song with you. Never forget yourself. You are love. You are enough.

Forgive Me

The vocals only version that I am truly in love with! I also recorded this song when I could barely open my mouth, thanks to the dentist/jaw inflammation. Singing had not happened for me in weeks! Thank God I could manage to do this.
