Mirage's musical journey mirrors the illusionary nature of sound, bending and refracting across genres, creating an experience that captivates and transcends expectations in the realm of music production. Originally hailing from Québec, Mirage (formerly known as ‘Blackout’) began delving into the fusion of house and hip-hop on the analog grooves of vinyl in 2010. With an innate ability to craft rhythms spanning G-House, breaks, and beats, Mirage seamlessly weaves scratch routines into his bass music tracks, navigating the BPM spectrum from 87 to 175. In his latest exploration, Mirage immerses himself in the depths of 140bpm and Deep D&B, consistently pushing the boundaries.

Beyond the studio, Mirage is a community-builder in Victoria, B.C.'s music scene. The architect behind Dubversified Culture, he founded this underground community in 2017 with a mission to elevate local West Coast bass artists and forge connections across global Dubstep and House scenes. Mirage's dedication underscores his commitment to navigating the ever-evolving landscape of electronic music.

Cicadas have an exceptionally loud song, produced in most species by the rapid buckling and unbuckling of drumlike tymbals. This particular species has an affinity for dark and deep subterranean beats.

Psycheda's sets combine bass forward, genre-bending dance music with deep, emotive melodies, encouraging you to find new ways to move. With root's in dubstep and uk bass, her interests have evolved to include a deep love for techno beats, with a focus on complex drums patterns and heavy bass.

There’s nothing ancient about Primitive’s sound or technique.  Pushing the DJ and rave lifestyle in the Pacific Northwest since 2000, supporting the music community by creating a slew of residencies, coordinating gigs for other DJs, promoting shows and developing the community through platforms like Party People Sound Solutions, Primitive Hustle, and PK Sound Victoria.  Strengthened through many collaborations, creating connections and culture; trailing a wake of blissed out revellers. All Primitive ever wanted was to rock a party and he is guaranteed to create a sweaty mess on the dance floor. iLLith is an incurable music addict since childhood & she searches relentlessly around the globe to get her fix, fishing through the interwebs for the freshest in indefinable genre & next level sounds. When iLLith started playing piano at 4 years old, she began a lifelong love affair with the world of sound, has played 6 musical instruments, performing spoken word and been chronically communicating about music on community, pirate and globally streaming radio programs since her teens. A hula hooper (often during DJ sets with her LED smart hoop) flow artist & dancer herself, iLLith sets are multi-genre, bass laden, tempo shifting sonic journeys that keep your body moving.

It was actually a mobile sauna that brought Vancouverite Darren Woodhead to the attention of many in Western Canada’s dance music scene. Beginning in 2001 these weekly sauna-slash-DJ parties in East Vancouver became a cultural hub for a group of Vancouver creatives. The ensuing Podcast and events brought the sound of sauna to the world while the outdoor shower and thumping beats captured the attention of the neighbours. 

Woodhead's sets get better every year and are guaranteed to bring the vibe he is famous for. Who else can DJ in a 100 degree wooden box or battling 90km winds on Canada's rugged west coast?
