What started out as a simple experiment running a guitar track from an unfinished @paintedinvoid track through a bunch of effects turned quite unexpectedly into a growling dark ambient Frankenstein monster, which I cobbled together from pieces of other audio experiments I've done over the summer months.

There's plenty of distorted and glitchy elements here, both in the audio, and video; I'd really recommend you watch the YouTube version for the full audiovisual experience. Everything was done in REAPER with its video processor and a bunch of VST plugins, and plenty of both audio and video automation.
I've also made a version of this that's over an hour long, but I'm still undecided if I want to let it loose in the wild :)

The instrumental track "1954" is an explosive journey through time that catapults the raw, rebellious spirit of the 50s directly onto modern dance floors. Inspired by the year rock'n'roll began its global triumph with icons like Bill Haley, this sound fuses classic, swinging guitar riffs and driving rhythms with the powerful bassline of electro house. The production builds a bridge between nostalgia and the future by seamlessly integrating the distinctive swing of the era into a hard, electronic beat that keeps everyone moving.

Story:
In a dusty diner on the edge of town, where the neon sign only flickered intermittently, an old jukebox suddenly came to life without anyone dropping in a coin. The mechanical click of the record changer immediately gave way to a deep, vibrating bass that made the milkshake glasses on the counter tremble, seamlessly weaving itself with the familiar crackle of an old vinyl record.

The few patrons stared at the machine in disbelief as the room filled with an energy that felt like a street race from the fifties was tearing straight through a modern nightclub. For a moment, the boundaries of reality blurred, and the black-and-white tiled floor seemed to pulse with the rhythm, as if the sheer force of the music had simply blasted away the patina of past decades.
