Roach was married to show host, Janus Adams.  

The show features: excerpts from Roach’s “The Dream” a “duet” for solo drum and Dr. King’s “I Have a Dream” oration; excerpts from “WE INSIST! The Freedom NOW Suite”; events at the Library of Congress; and a discussion of the man, his music, and the times in which he lived.
