This piece is a praise on things and events that are beyond my comprehension and control. Effect of subtle sonic changes on my mind, body, and soul is an example of such things.

This is a segment from Joo Won Park's installation at the Light Box performance space in Detroit. For safety from Covid, one person at a time entered the space and found a pattern of wires tapes to the floor. The audience members were given a small portable amplifier and a wand, essentially a magnet, through which amplified interference could be heard.

No two experiences could be the same as the person with the wand "searched for ghosts" within the space by placing the device close to the lines and coils of wires and changed parameters on the portable amp... reverb, flanging among them.
