Ignited by accomplishing the difficult goal to move overseas, she fully realized her passion for yoga- for her, it goes beyond the physical workout- it opens the heart, frees the mind, and connects one to their truest self. She received her 200 hour training at the Rishikesh Yoga Teacher Training Center in India and is level 2 Reiki Certified.
