“in my wild love” is a song that dives into the intense, uncontrollable side of love—the kind that overwhelms you with emotions, leaving you feeling exhilarated and almost out of control. when i wrote it, i wanted to capture that feeling of being so deeply consumed by someone that your whole world feels like it’s teetering on the edge of chaos. it’s about that wild, passionate energy you get when love takes over, and nothing else matters except that person.

the lyrics reflect the struggle of trying to balance that overwhelming desire with the need to stay grounded. there’s a sense of urgency in the song, a need for the other person to come and calm me down before i spiral out of control. it’s as if the emotions are too big for one person to handle alone, and without them, everything feels reckless—driving too fast, taking risks, pushing boundaries.

but at its core, “in my wild love” is about how love can make you feel both invincible and vulnerable at the same time. it’s that push and pull of being completely in awe of someone while also feeling like you’re on the brink of losing yourself in the process. it’s a song about the raw, unfiltered side of love—when it’s messy, unpredictable, and wildly beautiful.
