If I could do one thing with my life it would be to learn to give and receive kindness. I try. And I am kind. But I forget just like we all do… we don’t know what is happening behind closed doors. There seemed to be a few of us feeling a little lack lustre as 2022 ground to an end. On a stunning Winter morning in the UK this song came to me and I recorded it and sent it to the women in my life who hold me up and support me. Love you ladies! ...Yes there are men too...they get plenty of songs ;-)I promise!

Perfect Day

This song has been through many iterations over it's long life but I have never released the track anywhere or performed it live. I played a bit of this for the fabulous Bill Barber and he just said...Nah... more like this... and started to play the guitar part heard in this recording. So... it's a very basic recording with little editing. Just two musos with a mobile set up, their friendship, creativity, and a totally spontaneous collaboration just up and happens. I did go back and add some harmonies but I could not change the vocals as the audio track is full of guitar. Kinda works... mostly with a talent like Bill backing you up, you'll get something worth hearing.
