Hannah Williams & The Affirmations on Jay-Z’s new album

The title track of the American rap super-star and music entrepreneur’s new album “4:44” is built around “Late Nights & Heartbreak” which is also the title track of Hannah Williams & The Affirmations’ latest album, released by Record Kicks last November. The album, which comes four years after Hov’s last work “Magna Carta Holy Grail”, is produced by No I.D., already known for his works with Kanye West, Common and Jay-Z.  Quoting Jay-Z: '4:44' it's the crux of the album, I woke up, literally, at 4:44 in the morning to write this song... It's the title track because it's such a powerful song, and I just believe one of the best songs I've ever written”.

Hello again, I’m here to tell you about myself. I make music as a hobby, (I wouldn’t mind if it did well though.) and I post it here. I am a 🏳️‍🌈 theater kid that’s in a lot of fandoms and gets inspiration from all over the music spectrum (My likes are mostly cringey, I know). I am Hispanic culturally and by blood and have a decent understanding of Spanish (gracias, hispanohablantes!). I like making and playing characters in my music, so most of this is not me (not until a certain point). I love to wear masks because they hide my identity and they’re pretty. I also just love fashion and aesthetics as a whole. I make my own cover art either digitally or by taking photos of scenes I’ve made. I’m just starting out, so I have no accolades to brag about.
