The SARU (Sonic Art Research Unit) provides a forum for dialogue between the fields of Experimental Composition and Sound Art; including electroacoustic, language based composition, interdisciplinary and site-specific practices, field recording and soundscape studies. SARU curates the annual sound festival audiograft; supports the development of online projects including Sound Diaries and Found Soundscape and programmes symposia, performances and exhibitions. SARU is supported by a community of practitioners.

Delphine Dora is a prolific recording artist, improviser, singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and vocalist from France. She performed in various places in France and many places in Europe. Her music is regularly broadcast in international programs in independant radios.
She works mainly with piano, voice, organ, modular synth and field recordings. Her music displays a pure fascination with sound and straddles the lines between improvisation, modern classical, avant folk, song forms, and electro-acoustic music.
