My goal is to create a soundscape of how nature takes back what is its own, as well as documenting how the soundscape of a place changes over the years. In search of the storm. Field recording made in the Harz National Park in Lower Saxony. Soundscapes of nature, such as rivers and small mountain streams accompanied by different birds, insects, rain, wind and sometimes by the steam train, which is the only one in regular service that is exclusively pulled by steam locomotives. A soundscape that is increasingly difficult to enjoy due to the number of agents that acoustically pollute these temples of nature through human activities, machinery and airplanes.
