Remix Rising April '24

Last year we launched the first edition of our Remix Rising collection. In the months since, as 2024 plays out, the latest tracks coming out of the remix community have inspired us to put together a new spotlight on the best reworked gems from all corners of the dance world.

A compelling remix can breathe new life into a track or drive it into unexpected spaces. The original track might be transported to the dance floor for the first time or introduce the original artist to a new audience.  Remixes move us both spiritually and literally.

In recent months we’ve seen the rapidly rising dance producer Fred again.. up the ante on “leavemealone.” The Atlanta-based, genre-blurring party rocker Nikki Nair put a funky electro beat on Caroline Polachek’s acclaimed track “Bunny Is a Rider.” And while TSHA’s “Somebody” featuring Ellie Goulding was already heating up clubs, Belfast’s Trance Wax raised the temperature with a big room remix. Dive into this fresh collection of reworked gems, in which artists including Romy and Peaches, Neil Francis and Alan Braxe, and Troye Sivan and Bag Raiders all unite in the name of remix bliss.
