Tools for regaining a sense of autonomy and self-confidence if you find that you are clinging and overly sensitive to the opinions of others. So if you are in a codependent relationship or you feel trapped in that fear-based loop that can happen when you are too consumed by a relationship, and you feel small and powerless, this is an episode for you. These are exercises – both physical and written- to do in order to condition your mind and body to resume a more empowered headspace.  Strong. Self-assured. If you are feeling reliant on someone else or something else – like your value is somehow dictated by that thing, try starting here. I did these steps myself recently and found them to be re-centering and enlightening.

IRest Yoga Nidra / Guided Meditation for Inner Strength

The wolf pack you hear on the files are recorded in Sweden last summer. More specific in Bergslagen. An area with wonderful nature, forests and wilderness.

A quiet summer night, light fog over the moors in the forests you can hear this wonderful concerts. But you need to know where In Sweden, there are only around 35 wolf packs.

This pack consists of the alpha male and the female, three youngsters from last year and five puppies from this year.

On this first file, in a series, are the three youngsters from last year on their own. The distance between me and the wolf pack is around 175 yards / 160 meters. Between us is a moor with light fog. It is a wonderful nordic summer night with no wind.

This is one of my first recordings with a Telinga PRO-8 MK2 stereo parabolic dish connected to a ZOOM recorder. 
Recordings have some post production. 

The howling wolf in the picture is the alpha female of the pack.

This is an episode for if you have a painful obsession with an ex or a pervasive habit of fixating on relationships: they’re more important than job, personal time, family and friends. And often that relationship is one you know isn’t great – but you still obsess about that person, and it consumes your life. This might be especially painful during quarantine because you’re unable to distract yourself and do something about it.

This is about putting yourself in ridiculously desperate positions, clinging to a relationship – even when you know it isn’t right for you. And that gush of fear, terror, loneliness, pain that overwhelms you and causes you to feel like you’d do ANYTHING to get someone to come back to you. It can make you act in crazy and degrading ways – but the pain of not having a person is too great. This was a request from a few different people (some of whom requested it quite a long time ago - so hopefully this is still helpful)!!

Le Discograph est un rendez vous qui a lieu 4 fois dans l'année à La Passerelle, scène nationale de Saint-Brieuc avec pour chaque soirée une thématique.

Parfois omniprésente, toujours essentielle, la musique de films est un art délicat : elle se doit d’accompagner avec finesse et caractère les images à l’écran. Mais au-delà de son apport esthétique, c’est un langage à part entière, au fort pouvoir émotionnel sur le spectateur.

S’appuyant sur des morceaux spécialement composés pour des bandes originales de films, Julien Tiné nous propose une sélection de ses thèmes musicaux préférés. C'est pour la musique elle-même ou par amour des films - et bien souvent les deux ! - que les choix se sont faits. Des compositeurs tels qu'Ennio Morricone, Philippe Sarde ou Vladimir Cosma auraient pu valoir à eux seuls un mix, les B.O. de films de genre tels que les films d'horreur ou la blaxploitation également.

On peut se perdre assez vite dans cet univers alors… laissez-vous aller à cette B.O. imaginaire !
