Here in this episode of comical recovery we start the conversation about boundaries. We reference the book Boundaries by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend. This discussion starts in the cover leaf and beginning of chapter 2 titled, What does a boundary look like. Jen and I get about half way through this chapter and make the executive decision to continue the conversation until we brow beat boundaries into both of us. I am currently referencing the book titled Boundaries: when to say YES when to say NO to take control of your life by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend. In this episode we go through the first chapter briefly and then start reading segments of the second chapter while injecting my own traumatic life experiences to add beautiful shades and tones of red to this painful painting we  call boundaries. Revisiting Boundaries

Here we finish up talking about the 2nd Chapter in the book: Boundaries. Just a final recap before we move into the rest of the book. This chapter describes what boundaries look like. We discuss what kind of boundaries we have and what we are and are not responsible for as well as what breaking our boundaries result in when we don't uphold them.
