To participate in the Haiku Music challenge:

- Make a song in response to the weekly assigned poem (a new poem is published every Wednesday)
- When choosing a title for your piece also include the assignment number, for example “Title of your track (naviarhaiku382)”

To submit your track:

- If you’re a Soundcloud user, upload it on Soundcloud and send me the URL via private message, or tag me in the track.
- If you upload your music on Youtube, Bandcamp or anywhere else, upload your submission and then send me the link by email at marco@naviarrecords.com or contact me on X, Facebook or Instagram

Sound notes from an anomalous spring (Naviar haiku 596)

three drum tracks, two synth pads, various SFX from the cancelled game "p.t.: silent hills". there are two channels of vocals (harry mason from "silent hill: shattered memories") gated in such a way that only his 'meaningless' inhalations and exhalations escape - these vocals also trigger an acid bass via ableton's "roar". at the close we get two layers of live guitar. aberrant dsp "sketch cassette ii" sits on the master bus, and occasionaly flicks on to provide some warble.

Made in two blocks, recorded simultaneously,  both using Voltage Modular. this is the first real outing for the Buchla inspired DMT Audio "West coast" modules. All delays and reverb added within Voltage.
