There´s an Albanian (children’s) game 
Whenever a ladybird lands on you 
You ask the ladybird in which direction your future husband/wife/love will be 
And today luckily an orange ladybird came right to me 
Teaching and reminding me (yet again) to not take life too seriously! 
And just do what my soul truly loves to do! 
From my heart to yours - I hope you enjoy this poem!
Of course, it is always wise to remember that there´s a difference to understanding at the intellectual level and at the experiential level….

The Orange Ladybird

For those of you who experience or have experienced ´Lucid Dreaming´, you know well then that the boundary between reality and dream can become blurred….Which depending on your state of mind can be a magical, peaceful experience or at the other end of the spectrum, a rather frightening one. 

I have been experiencing Lucid dreaming, including ´Out of Body Experiences´ and ´Sleep paralysis´ since a child; it is only in the recent years that I have realised what significant role they play in one’s healing and transformation. 

And perhaps in some way or other, aiding us to connect more with that ´magnetic sense´, that we all have deep inside our subconscious. 

Here´s a tale for you :)

´The Gecko and Grackle´

On the balcony 
Of a warming yellow meditaranean house
I am standing; 
Admiring a fiery lilac dusk 

In a whirlwind 
From the lemon tree below 
Out comes fiercely flying 
A lanky, glossy blackbird with an iridescent blue head 

A grackle!

Zooming quite sternly 
Over the Tibetan prayer flag 
Draped over the balcony rail 
And before I even know it 

Diving directly into my head?!
With such a force;
Pushing me behind  
My heart is racing in fear and shock

It can´t be!

Yet – yet the skurrying - twittering
Only keeps on ampliefy-ing 

Really 
Does this mean – 
My head is a nest or a trap?

I breathe; smiling  
Gathering enough courage
To dip my hands in my hair 
Searching for this strange grackle

At last cupping and letting him go! 
Though, to my surprise 
He keeps falling-falling –
Right-right down 

For a split second 
I think he will die!

No grackle 
Fly!

Just a few centimetres from striking the ground 
He sweeeeps up 

Phew!

Except, the grackle doesn´t stop 
Coming up and up;
There´s nowhere for me to go!
And in he comes lunging

Pulling me to and fro
I gasp, dipping my hands inside my head 
Of hair;
Seeking this mischievous grackle 

Please fly off 
My head is not your nest nor is it a trap!?

He falls exactly in the same way
As though about to hit the floor 
That for a second time I scream 

No don´t die 
Fly! 

Almost grazing the patio 
At lightning speed  
He swoooops up 
I sigh 

Good you didn´t die! 

But - he keeps going 
Shooting shooting like a star – 
Right into my head, again
Circling - chirping about in there 

Really?

I breathe deeply 
Reaching my hands into my head 
Of hair; 
Rummaging for this sprightly grackle

To free him; just as before
He drops 
So quick - so fast 
This time I avoid looking 

Is he going to die? 

Turning - 
The grackle´s facing me!
With his piercing yellow dot eyes 
And there he goes 

Leaping in, returning inside 
I laugh 

What? Grackle!  
Please let me be!

In disbelief and still a tinge of fear 
Once more, ducking my hands inside my head 
Of hair; 
Hunting  

This can´t go on! 

Enshrouding him
I spot my fingers´ stained 
In sparkling blue magnetite!
Then down he goes again 

Falling and falling – 

WHOOSH!

No Grackle! 

I have no time to jump out of the way!
And here he is - back inside my head 
Already pulling me to and fro 

Another deep sigh 

We do this a couple more times 
Before I wake

Now, for the last two nights 
In my bedroom
There´s been a little gheko 
The colour of murky water along with three leopord spots
Whistling to me secret lullabies….

The Gecko and Grackle

Për ata prej jush që përjetoni tashme ose keni përjetuar 'Ëndërrim të kthjellët', ju e dini mirë atëherë se kufiri midis realitetit dhe ëndrrës mund të bëhet i paqartë….E cila në varësi të gjendjes tuaj mendore mund të jetë një eksperiencë magjike, paqësore ose në anën tjetër të spektrit, një eksperiencë shume e frikshme.

Unë kam përjetuar qysh në fëmijëri ëndrra të qarta, duke përfshirë 'Eksperienca jashtë trupit' dhe 'Paralizën e gjumit'; vetëm vitet e fundit e kam kuptuar çfarë rol të rëndësishëm luajnë ata në shërimin dhe transformimin tone. 

Dhe ndoshta në një mënyre, duke na ndihmuar të lidhemi me atë 'shqisën magnetike', që ne të gjithë e kemi thellë brenda nënndërgjegjes sonë.

Këtu është një përrallë për ju :)

Shpresoj të kënaqeni nga 
´Hardhuca edhe Zogu i kaltër´

Në ballkon e një shtëpie mesdhetare 
E lyer me në një verdhë ngrohëse
Unë jam në këmbë;
Duke çmuar një muzg jargavan i zjarrtë	

Në një vorbull
Nga pema e limonit poshtë
Del duke fluturuar i vrazhdë
Një mëllenjë hollak me lustër, edhe një kokë e kaltër të ylbertë

Një ´grackle´!

Ngjitet vrik përpjetë dhe boll i rreptë
Mbi flamurin e lutjes tibetian
Që është mbështjellë mbi hekurudhën e ballkonit
Edhe para se ta kuptoj

Aj me xhuhet direkt në kryetën temë?!
Me një forcë të tillë;
Se më shtynë mbrapa 
Zemra po me rrah fort nga frika dhe tronditja

Nuk mund të jetë!

Megjithatë, xhirimi i shpejtë dhe cicërimi 
Vazhdon të përforcohet

E vërtet
Do me than se – 
Kryti jem asht një fole apo një grackë?

Unë marr frymë dhe me një buzëqeshje
Pas mbledhur guxim të mjaftueshëm
Të fus duart në flokë
Duke kërkuar për këtë zog kaltër të çuditshme

Më në fund ë kapi në grusht dhe ë lëroj!
Veç se për habinë temë
Vazhdon tu ra dhe tu ra - 
Kret - Kret poshtë

Për një pjesë të sekondës
Unë mendoj se do të vdesë!

Jo zog i kaltër
Fluturo!

Vetëm disa centimetra sej bjën tokës
Aj fshiiiin lart

Uf!

Po aj nuk ndalohet 
E ngjitet nëlt ë nëlt; 
Skam ku të shkoj!
Kyr hedhet edhe një herë permbrenda

Duke më tërhequr andej e këndej 
Gulçoj dhe i fus duart brenda kryetën
E flokëve;
Tu kërkuar këtë qerrata zog kaltër

Te lutem fluturo
Koka ime nuk është as foleja jote, as grackë?

Bjen taman isej 
Sikur do të binte në tokë
Dhe për herë të dytë bërtas

Jo mos vdis
Fluturo!

Pastaj gati tu rrëshqit oborrin
Me shpejtësi rrufeje
Aj ngritet 
Unë psherëtoj 

Mirë që nuk vdiqe!

Por - vazhdon
Tu u gjujtë si një yll – 
Drejt në kryetën temë
Dhe prap qy ku eshtë tu cicëruar e qarkalluar brenda 

Vërtet?

Marr frymë thellë
Duke i shtrirë duart në kryetën
E flokëve;
Tu kërkuar për këtë zog kaltër me gjallëri

Për ta çliruar; ashtu si perparë
Aj bjen 
Kaq shpejt - kaq shpejt
Kyt herë nuk shikoj

A do të vdesë?

Kur kthehem
Zogu i kaltër ashtë përballë meje!
Me sy depërtues të verdhë me pika
Dhe ja ku shkon

Duke kërcyer, duke kthyer brenda
Unë qeshi 

Ça? Zog kaltër!
Të lutem më lër të jem!

Në mosbesim dhe një nuancë frike
I fys duart brenda krytin 
E flokëve;
Tu filluar gjuetinë

Nuk mund te vazhdojme keshtu!

Duke e mbuluar zogun 
I dalloj gishtat të njollosur
Në magnetit blu të shkëlqyeshëm!
Atëherë e lëshoj poshtë

Tu ra dhe tu ra – 

VRUUULL!

Jo Zog kaltër!

Nuk kam kohë të kërcej anash!
Dhe ja - tash sa është kthyer në kryetën temë
Duke me tërhequr prap andej e këndej

Një tjetër psherëtimë e thellë

Ne e bëjmë këtë edhe dy herë të tjera
Para se të zgjohem

Tash, për dy netët e fundit
Në dhomë gjumit
Ka një hardhucë të vogël
Ngjyra e ujit të turbullt bashku me tre pika leopord
Tu më fishkëlluar ninulla të fshehta…
